1. Please ensure the accuracy of your  receiving address, zip code, telephone, Email addresses and other information on  the order，so that the delivery accurately and timely .

2. Wrong payment and shipping method selection . If your receiving address is not within the scope of distribution, do not choose home delivery distribution methods, or they might delay your delivery time.

3. Express home delivery orders,  if we have not been reply more than 7 days when we contact you in delivery, this order will be the default as you have given up ordering. If the receiving address only accepting the goods in a fixed period of time , you should write some details in the "Order Notes" column .

4. Remittance arrived, but your receiving address is unknown, or the amount of money is not enough, or  the stock is not enough, the products will not be issued in time for you.

Note: The order is paid overtime, system will  cancel orders automatically and notify you via SMS or email, if you continue to confirm the order, you should make timely payments. We will trasfer the order to a valid order promotly, if the commodity prices have not changed and there is inventory when we receive the payment,  and we will delivery as soon as we can.
